Almond Chai Adaptogen Quinoa Oatmeal

Adaptogens: Use 1 tbs of Maikana Super Chai

Fridge: 

1 1/2 cups almond milk 

1 cup of cooked quinoa 

Fresh blueberries for topping (optional) 

Pantry:

1/2 tbs almond butter

1 tbs maple syrup (more if you like it sweeter) 

Tiny pinch of salt 

1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon 

Tools: 

Medium pot

Spatula or spoon 

Measuring cups/spoons 

In the pot add all the ingredients, except for the optional toppings. Heat over medium to low, stirring frequently. Continue to simmer for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat and serve. Top with blueberries, hemp seeds, bee pollen, etc. We even add a nice dollop of almond butter on top. Because, why not?
