Berry Blast Adaptogen Smoothie

Adaptogen: Use 1 tsp of energize or relax steeped in 1/4 cup of hot water

Freezer:

1 1/2 cups of frozen berries (we like the frozen mix of strawberries, raspberries and blueberries, bonus if there are blackberries)

Fridge:

1 cup of almond milk

Counter:

1 ripe banana

Pantry: 

1 tbs almond butter

Add honey if you want it sweeter 

Optional toppings: hemp seeds, toasted almonds, pomegranate seeds or coconut flakes

Tools:

Blender 

Measuring cups/spoons

 

Add all the ingredients to the blender and process until your desired consistency.
